2. Certificates & Documentation

   • Mandatory submission of Type Test Certificates, OEM Manuals, and supporting documents from suppliers.

   • For fabricated items (e.g., switchboards), our engineers conduct shop-floor inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

3. Routine Assessment Checks

   • Verification of working drawings against layout plans to detect discrepancies.

   • Immediate escalation of issues to suppliers and clients to prevent cost overruns or material wastage.

4. Material Inspection Upon Receipt

   • Physical checks for damage, shortages, or defects.

   • Prompt reporting of discrepancies for corrective action.

5. Segregation & Identification

   • Proper labeling and segregation of materials before deployment to workstations.

6. Documentation & Compliance

   • Submission of Factory Test Certificates and Instruction Manuals to clients for record-keeping.

 

Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Our ITP covers critical checks for various materials and processes, including:

• Wires (size, color coding, continuity, gauge verification)

• Light Fittings (compliance with specifications)

• MV Switchboards / MCB DBs / BBTs (functional and safety checks)

• Safety Precautions & Accident Prevention

 

Site Safety Programme

• Maintenance of emergency contact numbers at the site office.

• Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all workers.

 

First Aid & Emergency Response

1. First Aid Kit Availability

   • Immediate medical assistance for minor injuries.

2. Major Injury Protocol

   • Life-saving measures followed by hospital admission.

3. Fire & Emergency
